Interiors at Work is an industry career initiative by JayKay Sales, created to connect professionals and employers throughout the home furnishings and interior design industries across Canada and the United States.
We’re starting with a practical resource: a complimentary, industry-focused job board where businesses can share employment opportunities and professionals can explore what’s next.

A place for the people behind our industry
The home furnishings and interior design industries bring together people with many different skills—from helping customers furnish their homes to developing products, managing showrooms and leading growing businesses.
Interiors at Work gives those opportunities a dedicated place.
We welcome employment listings from furniture and home décor retailers, interior design firms, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers’ representative agencies and trade showrooms. Businesses working in lighting, textiles, rugs, art, decorative accessories, procurement, home staging and hospitality design are also part of this community.
Opportunities may include sales, interior design, purchasing, merchandising, marketing, operations, customer service and leadership.
You do not need to be a JayKay Sales customer to submit a job.

Finding the right people starts with helping them discover your opportunity.
If your business is hiring, you can submit an opening for consideration on Interiors at Work. Job postings are currently complimentary, with no fee to submit or publish an approved listing.
Please submit one opening per form and include:
Company name and position title
City, province or state, and country
Employment type and workplace arrangement
Job description, responsibilities and qualifications
Compensation details or salary range
Clear application instructions
An application deadline, if applicable
You may also provide a company logo or relevant photograph that you have permission to share.
Interiors at Work focuses on employment opportunities. We do not currently accept advertisements seeking retail dealers, product-line representation, independent commission-only sales agencies or other business-to-business partnerships.
What happens after you submit?
We review each submission for completeness and fit with the platform. We may contact you to clarify details before publication, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Once an approved listing is published, we’ll email you its direct link so you can review it and share it through your website, social channels and professional network.
We’ll also introduce Interiors at Work and its opportunities through JayKay Sales’ communications. Selected listings may receive additional social media promotion at our discretion; individual promotion is not guaranteed.
When your position is filled or the details change, reply to your listing confirmation email so we can keep the board current.
