Can you help me curate a collection for my store or project?

Yes! We’re happy to assist with assortment planning, trend guidance, and identifying best sellers. We also provide support for e-commerce platforms and can offer guidance on online merchandising.

How do you communicate with me?

We strive to be as responsive as possible. For urgent questions, feel free to call or text us. Our CRM sends out email updates for new product launches, price changes, and other important information—please do not unsubscribe, as you may miss critical updates.

Do you provide brand or product knowledge training?

Absolutely. We offer extensive virtual and in-person training sessions covering both brand and product knowledge. You can book virtual sessions anytime here: Furniture Academy, or request an in-store visit by contacting us directly.

How do I place orders?

Most brands have an online portal where you can place orders. We’re also happy to guide you through the process if needed.

What about claims support?

Claims are generally managed through each brand’s dedicated claims team. For a smooth process:

  1. Inspect and photograph each carton upon receipt. Note any visible damage on the Proof of Delivery before signing.

  2. Report freight claims within 48 business hours.

  3. Inspect carton contents carefully; concealed damage must be reported within 30 business days.

  4. Take photos from multiple angles, including close-ups, wide shots of the product, and the carton.

Do you offer swatches, samples, or marketing assets?

Yes! Many brands provide swatch books, sample kits, tear sheets, lifestyle images, and digital assets. These are available upon request.
