Employment / Work Arrangement

Full-time · On-site

This is an in-office position. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus, commensurate with relevant experience, demonstrated capability and the level of responsibility the successful candidate is prepared to assume.

About the Role

This hands-on design, client relationship and project leadership position is expected to develop quickly into a senior design leadership role overseeing Studio Ridge Residential’s showhome portfolio.

The successful candidate will take ownership of design direction, standards, execution and the portfolio’s ongoing evolution. They will personally lead projects from initial concept through final styling while developing into a primary day-to-day contact for builder clients. This is an experienced role requiring active involvement in both design and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead showhome projects through concept development, sourcing, presentation, procurement coordination, installation and final styling.
  • Shape and oversee the showhome portfolio’s design direction, standards and ongoing evolution.
  • Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with builder clients.
  • Coordinate project execution, keep work moving and take accountability for results.
  • Influence stakeholders and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 5–7 years of residential interior design experience in Canada or the United States.
  • Strong creative capability combined with practical project leadership and a commercially minded approach.
  • Drive, organization, sound judgment and strong people skills.
  • Confidence and maturity to take ownership of a significant portfolio and influence stakeholders.
  • Current residence within the greater Calgary area.
  • A valid Canadian driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
